Carpet re-stretch basics

Both lumps and wrinkles are fairly easy to see, especially if you crouch and look across the top of the carpet.Examining the edges of your carpet will also show telltale signs of the need for a carpet re-stretch. If any of the carpet edges lift up, that area definitely needs to be re-stretched.
